the good the bad and the ugly of Digital media

Where do I begin? It is used everywhere I see, it's used a lot of times in Commercials and Movies making the effectts in fantasy horror and Sci Fi believalble. You an now do any kind of beat or machine you don't have to pay a man to get into a suit or puppeteer a puppet. And they can be anything from cute to badass. I however tend to prefer the way films were before digital media, they kind of lost an intangable quality, once digital media started that kind of ruined a lot of recent movies for me it's more about the effects now than the story. I think one the first and one of the worst in this genre was Godzilla.
If you do not have a computer you are considered an old fogy or a fuddy duddy even thogh some people actualy make a consious descision not to use digital media or it could be something they just can't afford. This says that society prides itself on moving forward for better or worse. It is mainly used by young people but many middle aged and even elderly people are using digital media too.
Digital Media is also used in a negative way by people who post spam, write viruses and perpitrate vandalism those are usually bored college students who can't think of anything else to do. Digital media has also made it harder to track a persons collection of porn because it's now on computors in several places athough this may not be bad according to you're beliefs.


There are many youtoube videos on the web in every genre imaginable usualy to share these with other people and sometimes for monitary gain. Digital Media is also used in computer pictures that people post on the web so that people can look at them and sometimes buy them.
